Whilst attending London Fashion Week this September we were spoilt with the amount of amazing designs, falling in love with the Spring Summer 2022 collections. We have selected some of our favourite looks and moments from the beautiful catwalk shows and appointments which we were fortunate enough to attend.
Aadnevik dresses are just simply stunning. We absolutely love the teared, tulle style and cannot wait to see these being worn at carpet events by celebrities in the near future.
We loved the way in which Noon By Noor decided to show their collection. Whilst they had pieces hanging on rails, the highlight was an outdoor tent whereby models were wearing selected pieces. The women were enjoying tea and cake, the sun was beaming, a short film was playing in the background and fairy lights were twinkling. The relaxed setting allowed us to interact with the models and take our time viewing all of the stunning pieces, a huge difference to the usual fast pace catwalks. We felt more like we were at a summer tea party, where everyone was dressed in beautiful outfits and making new friends.
If we had to make the difficult decision of choosing a favourite from the collection it would have to be the piece below. We love the detail of the little flowers on the white fabric. The bucket hat above is also a must-have in our basket.
Labrum brought a whole lot of happiness to the show. The colourful, bold collection along with live music brilliantly performed by the Ballimaya Project created an immersive atmosphere.
Anna Mason treated us to such wearable, feminine, pretty pieces.
David Koma won our award for best location. Held at the London Aquatics Centre, home of the London 2012 Olympics, the pool was turned into a catwalk. As the audience took their seats the lights dimmed and the water began to drain from the pool floor. Steam was in the air as the music started and the first model took to the puddled floor. As if we were not allready focused on the amazing space that we were sitting in, the models wore the most beautiful, vibrant clothes, of which we want every item for next summer.
